Controlled Processes – Surface Technology procedures are process led to ensure consistency.Process training, documentation, measurement and ongoing improvement ensure we continue to operate efficiently and effectively.
Capacity: we have capacity of @ 2 tons per day & to any size of your components , we have various sizes of tank to suit your requirments.
Vacuum oven: The post plating process of our heating technology in vacuum oven upto 400° c, for 1 hour will give surface hardness upto 70 HRc.
Blasting & Buffing: Depending upon surface requirements, we can provide you Shot blasting, glass beading , buffing etc. for better required surface finish.
Masking: Masking of select surfaces where coating voids are required is available. We works with a variety of mediums to mask surfaces where coating is not desired. Depending on your part’s geometry and surface characteristics painted-on lacquers, pull-plugs, and custom fabricated fixtures may be used to accomplish the aforesaid.
Testing: we have NABL certified coating thickness gauge & other precision dimensional instruments for checking coating thickness. If required xrf & salt spray testing can be arranged from approved laboratories.
